Research On RFID Cross-enterprise Integration Supply Chain Coordination Based On Inventory Control

With the development of the economic globalization and Internet of Things industry,the requirements of enterprise in supply chain management continue to improve.RFID technology is the core technology in the field of Internet of things,also known as one of the key technologies of knowledge economy in the 21st century,and has been widely used in the field of supply chain.RFID technology can achieve the product traceability and information sharing,has the advantage of reducing shrinkage,reducing labor cost and improving service level.RFID can provide the technical support to improve the efficiency and management level of the supply chain.However,there are some problems in the application of RFID technology,such as the enthusiasm of supply chain upstream is not high,the read rate is not perfect in some goods,the label cost is too high and so on,to a certain extent these problems hindered the development of RFID technology.In this paper,the two-echelon supply chain composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer is taken as the research object.We analyzed the main problems in the application of RFID technology.From the point of view of inventory control(economic order quantity),We studied the impact of RFID technology on supply chain inventory control strategy and supply chain coordination mechanism,and proposed the implementation strategy of RFID technology and the corresponding supply chain coordination plan.Firstly,through the summarization and analysis of the existing literature,we introduced the relevant theoretical knowledge of RFID technology,like supply chain management,EOQ model and so on.Then we studied the problems in the application of RFID technology,analyzed the reasons of upstream enterprises are not enthusiastic about implementing RFID technology,read rate is not perfect and others problems.Finally,we reviewed and summarized the existing research on RFID technology,supply chain management and EOQ model,and pointed out the research direction of this paper.Secondly,based on the inventory control point of view,from the two aspects of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making,We analyzed the supply chains in both cases RFID is implement and RFID is not implement,then we analyze the impact of RFID technology on the supply chain cost and inventory control mechanism,and points out the difference between the supply chain model based on inventory management and the traditional newsvendor model,further more,we analyze the validity of the supply chain contract,finally we achieve the coordination of the supply chain and the distribution of the income through the revenue sharing contract.Thirdly,based on the situation of RFID technology read rate is not perfect,from the point of view of centralized decision-making,we studied the supply chain management and inventory management mechanism under the double effect of tag cost and read rate.By using the tag strategy,we reduced the investment conditions of RFID technology.Then we analyzed the feasible set of tag cost and read rate,and gave the label strategy of the different circumstances.On this base,we analyzed the distributable profits of supply chain under different circumstances,and used the benefit sharing contract to coordinate the supply chain.Finally,the research and main conclusions of this paper are summarized.based on the problems found in the research process,the future research is prospected.
