Research On The International Capacity Cooperation Of The Silk Road Based On The Infrastructure Construction

International capacity cooperation or industry and investment cooperation,that is,during the process of national development,introducing competitive equipment and the infrastructure Construction required for the production line,advanced technology and management from other countries in accordance with demand.It is one of the important ways to upgrade industrial structure of countries along the silk road economic belt.A mass of steel,cement and machinery equipment required by required by infrastructure construction can drive our production capacity exports and increase foreign direct investment,through infrastructure construction can also lead to international capacity cooperation.This paper includes seven parts,explores the fields,path,mode and safeguard measures of the Silk Road Economic Belt infrastructure construction capacity cooperation.The first part is the introduction,briefly introduces the study background and significance,overview on present research situation,the research method,the research innovation and insufficiency.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper,including the theory of foreign investment,the theory of international industrial shift and the theory of relationship between infrastructure construction and economic growth.The third part explains background and conditions of China's participation in the Silk Road Economic and analyzes the relationship between the Silk Road Economic Belt infrastructure construction and the international capacity cooperation.The fourth part analyzes the present situation and function of the construction of infrastructure of the silk road economic belt.The fifth part puts forward China's the international capacity cooperation are a of the Silk Road Economic Belt based on the infrastructure construction.By analyzing the inputand the output coefficient,we propose to strengthen the capacity cooperation of steel,cement,nonferrous metal and flat glass.The sixth part is the path and mode analysis of theinternational capacity cooperation of the Silk Road Economic Belt.The seventh part present way of strengthening guarantee of international production cooperation.
