With the development of information age,information knowledge is being updated.Business market is changing and the market need become personalized and diverse.Companies encounter more complex risks and opportunities than before.In order to cope with this situation,more and more companies will focus on internal ability,such as adaptability,innovation,and transformational ability.Human resource seems to be the most important element which should be considered.Companies set requirement on managing human resources with high standard and performance management.Performance management should be analyzed deeply,and the use of it should be more flexible.This article gives an example,Lanzhou General Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd,which is a PEME with unique feature.We will do the research on this company on its performance management system,design prioritization scheme and supporting measure on the basis of current situation.Analyzing important issues,realizing the fact of company's internal and external environment and shortage are essential.Lanzhou General Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd should find the real performance management system and motivating employees to make profits and achieve strategic target.According to interviewing and questioning the main problem of performance management system,goal-management,BSC,KPI,360 evaluation method,we will update performance management and find irrationality,inadaptability,unavailability,improving the quality.Hope this article could provide a reference and example to analyze performance management.
