March 18,2016,the CPC Central Committee issued the "People's Republic of China National Economic and Social Development Five-Year Plan",the Outline,improve quality of economic growth is an important task Thirteen Five period.Ethnic Regions in China's economic development occupies an important position,its economic development is lagging behind,the reason lies in the poor quality of economic growth.Therefore,improving the quality of economic growth of ethnic areas is to enhance the quality of economic growth and difficulty focusing,is currently China to promote economic progress needed to solve the problem.In this paper,we give full consideration to the "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing" Thirteen Five five development concept put forward,from innovation,efficiency,stability,six structure,ecological,economic growth,quality of welfare connotation definition.On this basis,the reference Thirteen Five main indicators of economic and social development,the establishment comprises 23 basic indicators of national economic growth quality evaluation system.As the whole nation regional data are difficult to obtain,this paper first Ningxia,Guizhou,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Yunnan,Guangxi,Qinghai and other provinces and seven national economic growth in the country in 2014 mass cross-sectional analysis,Ethnic quality of economic growth seven provinces exist The problem.Taking into account the "high-growth low-quality," the situation in Inner Mongolia,its 2005--2014 economic growth quality longitudinal analysis,quality of economic growth in Inner Problems.Explore two common problems,to find out the quality of economic growth in Ethnic Areas widespread problem.Found that quality of economic growth in Ethnic Minority Areas insufficient investment in innovation,industrial structure,demand structure,urban and rural construction and ecological protection and so on.Ethnic Regions should be put forward to improve innovation,and optimize the industrial structure,improve the structure of demand,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,strengthening ecological construction,improve the quality of economic growth.
