Study On Improving Of The Economic Growth's Quality In Ethnic Minority Areas

China's economy has turned from the high-speed growth's stage to the high-quality development's stage,Promoting economic quality change,efficiency change and power change is an inevitable trend.How to improve the quality of economic growth is an urgent problem in front of all provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China.Ethnic areas with rich natural resources and long land borders is the strategic implementation area of "One Belt And One Road",the important water conservation area and ecological barrier area,and the main battlefield of poverty alleviation.Improving the quality of economic growth in ethnic areas is of great practical significance for China to enter the stage of high-quality economic development on the whole,and ensure ecological security,stability of border areas and ethnic unity.However,faced with many problems such as talent shortage,insufficient innovation ability and relatively lagging infrastructure,it is necessary to explore ways and measures to improve the quality of economic growth on the basis of statistical analysis and measurement of the quality of economic growth,so as to achieve sustainable and coordinated development of economy,society,ecology and environment in ethnic areas.On the basis of sorting out relevant literatures about the quality of economic growth at home and abroad and drawing on the views of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper proposes that the connotation of the quality of economic growth should include: moderate economic growth,optimize economic structure,Improve the stability of economic growth,high resource utilization and low ecological environment cost,more equitable welfare changes and distribution of outcomes.Starting from the connotation of the quality of economic growth,this paperconstructs the evaluation index system of the quality of economic growth,measures the quality of economic growth in ethnic areas with the principal component analysis method,and makes a comparative analysis with the changes of the quality of economic growth in the whole country,the results showed: The quality of economic growth in ethnic regions shows an upward trend,but after 2013,the gap with the national level shows an expanding trend.To improve the quality of economic growth in ethnic minority areas,we can take some path measures,including:increasing support for ethnic minority areas to achieve sustainable economic growth?integrating into "One Belt And One Road",develop the economy along the road and the port economy ? making use of new economic forms such as Internet plus to make the economy with national characteristics bigger and stronger?achieving steady poverty alleviation and improving the quality of life?giving priority to ecology and achieving green development ? increasing investment in human capital and improving its quality.
