In the fierce competitive environment,the hotel employees flow frequently,how to introduce and retain talent has been troubled the hotel managers of the big problem.One of the main reasons for the high turnover rate of hotel staff is that hotel enterprises have neglected their career planning and management for a long time.Study the hotel employees career management,so that the hotel and employees to participate in the employees career planning and management,is conducive to improving the hotel employees satisfaction,and encourage or retain talent,to achieve the hotel and employees common development.This article through analyzing the current situation of the A hotel employees career management,and found that there are many problems on the A hotel career management both employees and organizations.So,need for employees and organizations to work together for career management.First of all,because of the A hotel employees the level of education is low,lack of awareness of career planning and management,career goals and career development line is not clear,lack of career planning.Therefore,the hotel employees need to strengthen career management awareness,take the initiative to career planning,and for the different stages of career development of targeted management.Second,the organization also has many problems,including the hotel manager of the lack of knowledge of career management,the staff training is not in place,the staff match failed to achieve the best,the lack of relevant security system.Need to organizaton and staff work together to carry out career management.First of all,the A hotel should design flexible and diverse career management activities to counsel the career development of the staff,will strengthen the staff and leaders of the importance of career management as a prerequisite,from the recruitment,training,career planning and promotion channels and other aspects of implementation Career management,and from the staff,the system and so on to protect the implementation of career management.Second,individual employees should also strengthen their own career management,identify career goals,clear career anchor,and develop a viable action program.
