The Synergic Relationship Of Capital,Technology And Institution In The Development Of Information Industry

Information industry is one of the mostimportant development objects of our country.And the development of the information industry can make contributions to our country's economy.But the development of information industry research also needs to start from the impact factors.Based on the three main factors(capital,technology and institution)synergic relationship research,this paper reveals the interaction mechanism among the three factors,and shows these factors how to affect each other,affect the information industry development,and then provide reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for helping the information industry find the development way.First,this paper uses the Industrial Development Theory and the Evolutionary Growth Theory to analyze the general development trend of capital,technology and institution of information industry.From the above economic theories,we can see that the development of the industry has different trends in different stages.In general,the industrial development speed will increase firstly and then decrease to make the development get the limit.In other words,the development of industry hits a plateau.If we can not find a way to break the bottleneck,the industry will enter a recession phase.Moreover,the capital,technology and institution not only the factors that determine the level of industrial development,but also reflect the performance of the industrial development level.Therefore,the development trend of the three factors will also increase firstly and then decrease.That means,the development trend of the three factors will show the S type.On the basis of the S type theoretical analysis,this paper uses the logistic equation to test it.The test results show that the development trend of the three factors of capital,technology and institution does have the S type.After the preliminary examination,this paper uses the Synergetic Theory and the System Dynamics to construct a model to reflect the development trend of the three factors and the synergic relationship among the three factors.Then this paper makes simulation experiment of the model,the experiment shows that the simulation results of the three factors development trend coincide with the actual trends,the capital and technology will promote each other,and a good institution condition will promote a better development of the capital and technology.Finally,this paper gives some corresponding suggestions to the development of China's information industry.From this paper we can see the capital is still the most effective factors,so we should increase investment in the core industry,attach importance on training talents,make full use of the university-industry cooperation mechanism and improve the independent innovation ability of information industry;in addition,we need to improve the information industry related to policies and legal system,because the development environment provided by the institution gets better,the influence of the institution itself in the development of the industry will be higher.
