YS company is in advocating the concept of circular economy, low carbon environmental protection established under the state-owned enterprises, after more than five years of development, realize smoothly the gratifying achievements such as300000tons of copper project goes into operation, but because of staff younger, lack of relevant work experience and skills, using imported equipment, staff training does not reach the designated position, make production appeared in the process of "run copper incident", the equipment failure rate is high. In this context, the YS company training system is significant.This thesis introduces the training related theory, through the questionnaire survey and data collection, analysis of the current situation of the training system of YS company. On this basis, further combined with my practical work in YS company training department of the experience and analyzes the existing problems in the training system. Through the analysis, I think the main problems existing in YS company training system in the company on the training lacks enough attention; training organization structure is not reasonable, the responsibility is not clear; the training process is not perfect; Lecturer overall quality is not high, the lack of enthusiasm; curriculum development capacity difference, not a curriculum system; the training system is not sound, the lack of assessment, service system etc. Professional knowledge in view of the existing problems of training system in YS company according to the corresponding countermeasures.In a word, this theory tries to through the relevant contents of training system in YS company, found the company training method is feasible and effective training system, so as to improve the quality of employees, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
