China has become the world's largest clothing producer,consumer and export with the global garment industry gradually transfer from Western countries to developing countries.After a period of rapid development,domestic brand clothing competition turn to a white-hot stage,the problem of overproduction emerges,many clothing enterprises backlog a lot of inventory,faced with great inventory pressure,the rise of brand clothing stock is inevitability.How to innovative sales channels and business models to help clothing brander to solve inventory pressure,and to bring consumers high quality and real clothing products,is worth exploringNew technologies,new formats,new models,new industries bring an unprecedented challenge to garment enterprises,both bring unprecedented strategic opportunities to the stock industry.Mobile Internet,Internet of Things,Big Data and E-commerce continue to accelerate the infiltration to the real economy,The market of brand clothing inventory is of great potential,this paper studies the sales models of outstanding domestic and foreign enterprises about brand clothing inventory,sunmarize the model of online and offline sales channels.The article combined the market popular clothing brands with market consumption,issue consumer questionnaires,statistics and analysis of the questionnaire data,Integration the access of primary sources and inventory management methods,relying on consumer demand theory,to explore a more suitable sales channel for the leading brand of clothing stock.The paper suggests that we should link the online sales channels and online sales channels of the leading brand clothing inventory,brand discount stores is a genuine clothing inventory of a brand image shop and after-sales service center.And copy the mature brand discount stores,to promote the online sales platform and attract fans and the second batch by brand inventory discount stores as a sale activities way according to the situation of each city.Time limited sale can be carried out on online platform from the WeChat public and mall,sell the appropriate brand in Taobao C shop,and then develop an APP about brand clothing inventory retail and wholesale,so that the offline and online channels complement each other.
