Research On The Connection Between The "Silk Road Economic Belt" And The "Bright Road"

"Silk Road Economic Belt" is proposed by the chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping in 2013,when he visited Kazakhstan.This initiative is in cooperation with related countries,and laid out policy coordination,facilities connectivity,unimpeded trade,financial integration,and people-to-people bonds as the five major goals.In 2014,the president of Kazakhstan Nazarbayev announced to implement the new economic policy "Bright Road".Its main tasks are to establish an effective radiated transport logistics infrastructure,development of industrial and energy infrastructure,complete the housing and education services,heating system,water supply and drainage system infrastructure modernization."Silk Road Economic Belt" and "Bright Road" are the two leaders' efforts to adapt to the new trend of international political and economic development and the current situation of their own development.The two policies are highly compatible and it's a good time for policy docking.The favorable conditions of the two policies are divided into the external and internal conditions in this paper.The external conditions:having a deep historical origin,unique geographical advantages and the continuous good relations between the two countries.Internal conditions have two aspects,one is the two big policy target point more,mainly related to economic development,green development concept,transportation and logistics infrastructure construction and the development goal of the energy sector.The other one:the industry is highly complementary,it is embodied in infrastructure construction,energy cooperation,investment and trade and agriculture and animal husbandry.Although the cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has achieved initial results,there are still many problems in the current cooperation.It is mainly in manifested in the disparity of economic strength between China and Kazakhstan,and the lack of willingness to cooperate in cooperation,the high financial risks in Kazakhstan,the poor investment environment and the prominent ecological problems.Especially in the area of public opinion,some people in China have resistance,combined with the weak economy,"exclusive" mood rising,"pollution" of Chinese enterprises to bring strong,population expansion,etc.In view of this,in order to accomplish the connecting and cooperation of the two policies,governments of the two countries should plan and prepare actively and adopt corresponding measures,including:establishing and improving financial and law system,co-constructing green and environmentally friendly "Silk Road Economic Belt",promoting cultural and educational exchanges,lifting risk prevention awareness and coping capacity.In general,the connecting and cooperation of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and"Bright Road" is promising.If we can promote various tasks steadily with innovative ideas and thinking,the "Silk Road Economic Belt" will become the cooperation model of complementing everyone's advantages and getting mutual benefit and win-win result.
