Reform and opening-up of China has been thirty years,accession of WTO also has a history of over ten years.Recently,Chinese enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition and rapid expansion of many enterprises,how to grasp the growth opportunity,meet the market competition challenges,promote enterprise development,has become vital problems for department managers and senior management personnel.Henan Smarter Water Co.,LTD entetrprise,therefore,urgently require to strengthen the company's development strategy,further improve the business development strategy and company management structure,promoting the strategy implementation and enhance the management level of enterprises.They have very important significances to accelerate the development of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to follow the historical change of the Henan Smarter Water Co.,LTD on the basis of the market environment and the current development,guided by the enterprise strategic management theory,combining the environmental changes after the 12th five-year plan,combined with Henan Smarter Water Co.,LTD's growth environment,analyze the competitive power of company,with reference to the relevant information for domestic macroeconomic situation,relevant industry market and regional analysis,integrating theory with practice,systematic and in-depth analyzes the company's current marketing strategy,proposed enterprise strategic development planning and related measures during the growth period of company.The overall conclusion of this paper's research is that:with the rapid development of the automation system integration industry,industry segmentation is more and more deep,bloating traditional product structure has become the main factors that restricting the sustainable development of enterprises,thus,currently,Henan Smarter Water Co.,LTD should use "based on water treatment industry,research and develop core technology,focus on the wisdom water standard" for ideas,complete the enterprise product positioning,flank occupy the market,focus on water wisdom,become the domestic intelligence water standards setters.Article surround Henan Smarter Water Co.,LTD's specific marketing strategy target,put forward few detailed operation points from the strategic positioning and strategy fit etc.
