Since the reform and opening up,tourism has gradually grown into a national strategic pillar industry.As an important part of the development of China's global tourism,county tourism has a positive role in promoting the development of destination cities.As a province of ecotourism,Fujian Province has made considerable progress in the past.County tourism plays an important role in this area.Fujian Province plans to build 10 global tourist counties(cities)before 2020.Liancheng County has unique advantages in Hakka culture,ecology,and policies,and it has the natural conditions to become a global tourist county.In the income algorithm of national income identities,the expression is Y=C+S+T,where C is national consumption,S is national savings,and T is the government's net tax.In traditional tourism economic research,research on national consumption and savings is often emphasized,and there is a lack of attention to government revenue.Considering the important role of fiscal taxation in economic development,this paper intends to comprehensively analyze the impact of the development of tourism in Liancheng County on the overall economic development of the local area from the perspective of national economy and fiscal revenue.The former is mainly analyzed from the perspective of industry and individuals,while the latter is analyzed from the fiscal perspective.First of all,the author combed the current situation of the development of Liancheng tourism and believed that Liancheng County has good resources for tourism development.The government attaches great importance to tourism development,but there is room for further improvement in the level of tourism development.Secondly,in terms of the impact of tourism development on the overall national economic development of the county,the author first interviewed several government administrators,tourism business owners,and tourism practitioners who are closely related to local tourism development in Liancheng County and drew on the related personnel of Liancheng Tourism Development.Subjective evaluation in mind;through an objective comparison of tourism income and GDP development from 2006 to 2015,it was found that since 2012,the growth rate of Liancheng tourism has started to exceed the growth rate of local GDP,and the proportion of tourism in GDP has increased year by year,becoming an economic The important influence of development;Then,the author took a medium-sized hotel in Liancheng County as the key field survey object,and analyzed the flow of local tourism funds.The results show that most of the funds allocated to local tourism companies were distributed to various local industries and departments,and most of the employees were from Liancheng County,demonstrating the economic growth of Liancheng Tourism.Thirdly,in terms of the impact of tourism on tax revenue contribution,the author calculated the tax rate of tourism tax revenue for Liancheng tourism companies from 2010 to 2015,and discovered the phenomenon that the contribution ratio of tourism tax revenue and tourism revenue growth was out of line,and analyzed the causes and consequences of this phenomenon.Later,the author calculated the indirect contribution of tourism tax through the classification measurement algorithm.After comparing with the total tax revenue,the author concluded that the fiscal tax has a great dependence on tourism.Finally,in order to further enhance the contribution of Liancheng tourism to economic growth,the author proposes several suggestions such as strengthening tourism innovation and increasing investment in tourism marketing.In response to the problem of insufficient contribution to tax revenue,proposals have been made to strengthen tax collection and management.
