Research On The Path And Countermeasures Of Targeted Study On Accurate Poverty Alleviation And Feasible Path Of Rural Areas Poverty Alleviation In Liancheng County Of Fujian Province

Rural precision poverty alleviation is to adapt to local conditions,because of household policy to control rural poverty,to win the battle against poverty in the countryside.Since targeted poverty alleviation has been promoted for more than three years,in line with the concept of precision,Liancheng County has been striving to do more practical work for the poor and to develop the rural economy by identifying the objects of poverty alleviation,supporting projects,financial support,helping employment,moving places,perfecting the mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation,and it has been making every effort to do more practical work for the poor and develop the rural economy.Improving the production and living conditions of rural poor families and poor people has taken solid steps to help them get rid of poverty and become rich at an early date.Generally speaking,some gratifying achievements have been made: the rural infrastructure is more perfect,the industry is vigorously developed,and the living standards of the villagers are improved.However,in the process of poverty alleviation,it is difficult to identify poor households,the benefits of poverty alleviation projects are not obvious,the use of funds is not accurate enough,and the lack of targeting of composed cadres is not targeted.This paper chooses the participatory development theory and the ability poverty theory as the basic theory of rural precision poverty alleviation,and thinks that it is mainly caused by the lack of awareness and ability of poor households to participate in poverty alleviation,the imperfect working mechanism of precision poverty alleviation,the lack of rationality of local Government development strategy,and the insufficient depth and breadth of social forces ' participation in poverty alleviation.In this regard,we should strengthen the participation consciousness of poor households,improve the participation ability of households,improve the work mechanism of precision poverty alleviation,the rational formulation of rural development strategy by local governments,and aggregate social resources,so as to ensure the effect of Liancheng County rural precision poverty alleviation.
