The Embodied Cognition On The Nature Of Substantial Field And Its Manifestation

Nowadays,we have arrived the era of experience.Companies with keen sense of business pay more attention to offline experience and field marketing.It allows consumers to touch and feel the texture of products,and also integrate perceptions into substantial field.Based on this background,this article intends to explore the nature of offline field and relationship between field and employees' behavior,also we provide suggestions for the enterprise to construct an unconscious,overall and consistent field experience,which may help companies win continuous advantage in the market.In this paper,we choose Haidilao hotpot as research object,which takes a leadership of whole industry.Haidilao is famous for unique services,the waiters and waitresses are sincere and enthusiastic,they can catch the hidden needs of customers quickly and cooperate perfectly.Besides,its employees can hardly be poached,and usually the ones poached to other enterprise are not able to perform as well as they do in Haidilao.This phenomenon attracts attention from academia,but most of the existing studies are from the perspective of rationalism,,failing to dig deep enough to get the essence of this problem.With elaborate literature research,we go beyond the field adaptation theory under stimulate-reflect paradigm.We explore the manifestation of field by field theory,Gestalt,and Nonaka's Ba theories.The research puts forward framework by embodied management.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Substantial field is a space exists with substantial forms and perceived by unsubstantial ways,members of the organization open substantial field by division and cooperation,the deepest existence of substantial field is common body,with characteristics of non-boundary,consciousness and dynamics.(2)The manifestation of field is a process in which common body extends to emotional resonance and common cognition,during this period information is continuously revealed.
