In recent decades, development of public transportation turns to one of important steps in urban construction by degree, especially the development of urban rail transit. On the other hand, intensive economical use of construction land is more and more concerned, mode of TOD which build stronger connection with public service facilities comes into being. What's more, this mode will provide more possibility for combination of rail transit and public service facilities.Under these backgrounds,to meet people's need of public services,we should pay more attention to the supply of those facilities in current situation. Thus, the aims of this article are to explore the characteristic of every facilities accessibility under public transportation,to evaluate the influence of facilities by construction of rail transit and to identity the mismatch of supply and demand.Public transportation and four types of public service facilities(school, hospital, shopping facilities and recreational facilities)in Wuhan are chose to be subjects.During this research, scraping the POIs which are used to represent four types of public service facilities from Internet map is the first step, then building several public transportation networks based on different period of rail transit construction to simulate varied trip mode.In different modes, accessibility of all facilities and the change range of accessibility are evaluated through ArcGIS.In the last part of this research, the mismatches between supply and demand are analyzed through employing the rank correlation and spatial overlay method, and also several targeted suggestions are provided for those mismatching area. The main results and conclusion are followed as below:(1)Simple bus network represent two trip modes--walking and taking bus.Under this public transportation network, the results show that accessibility of all types of facilities is good within the 2nd ring road, and 60%of communities can reach all types within 10 minutes;accessibility of school, hospital and recreation facilities is better than shopping facilities between the 2nd and the 3rd ring road;accessibility of all facilities become worse out of the 3rd ring road, especially the eastern, southern Xinzhou District and eastern, northern Jiangxia Distric where is lack of bus development and unbalanced spatial distribution of public service facilities.(2)Morphological Structure of rail transit changes from "tree" to "ring",which means the more stable structure and the more efficient service. It's more convenient to travel through composite public transportation network with the construction of rail transit.By comparing the accessibility under different period network, the result suggested the construction of rail transit make big effort to improve accessibility of all facilities, but the range of it is variety. The accessibility change range of shopping facilities is over 40%;the influence to school and hospital present a rule that the accessibility change range of outside is higher than inside according the ring road;accessibility change range of recreational facilities has insignificant rule.(3)Accessibility of public service facilities and population demand represent supply index and demand index respectively. The result which shows a negative correlation between them suggests that all facilities are basically balanced distribution on spatial in study area. The result highlights the contradiction in supply-demand relationship of both school and hospital, there are 19 jiedaos' hospitals present demands exceed supplies.According to these two situation in supply-demand relationship, this research give some suggestions to them. For school and hospital, more branch need to be set up in those short supply areas to repair mismatch between supply and demand.
