It is known that the development of tourism is closely related with the traffic. Every major development of human tourism cannot be separated from the improvement of the traffic conditions. As a carrier of tourism activities indispensable, tourism destinations will be directly affected by the traffic conditions. The improvement of regional traffic network will make the accessibility of tourist attractions in the area be improved effectively. Therefore, it is the practical and theoretical basis of issues to research the affection of regional traffic on tourism accessibility.Chang-zhu-tan Urban Agglomeration in Hunan Province occupies very important position of the development of the tourism industry as core region in economy, politics, and culture of the province. Opening to traffic of Chang-zhu-tan intercity railway will have a significant impact on the Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City Group tourist attractions.This article attempts to makes an empirical study on the accessibility of 4A,5A scenic spots in the area of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiang Tan urban agglomeration area by using GIS to calculate and analyze information system based on the shortest time,selecting the analysis type, creating the network analysis layer, setting up the analysis option parameters and loading the network data set.The paper also gives the comparative analysis of the accessibility of scenic area of 4A,5A between Changsha,ZHuzhou and Xiangtan before and after opening of the intercity railway traffic in this area.The author found that after the completion of the opening, Changzhutan intercity rail traffic, the accessibility of Chang Zhu Tan City Cluster 4A,5A tourist attractions will be effectively improved. Because the Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan intercity rail transportation is the basic way to build its limited coverage around the city, limited by the inner city public transportation, accessibility of inter city rail traffic within the region more than 4A,5A scenic positive effects cannot give full play, especially for these relatively remote areas as Changsha Eastern, central and southern Zhuzhou. In view of this, this paper gives the corresponding optimization measures improving the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group 4A,5A scenic accessibility:-- Overall layout planning to improve regional transportconnections;-- Transformation and upgrading of urban traffic network to improve public transport services;-- Re-planning and development of tourist attractions in the area;-- Major scenic road unified planning to solve the last mile problemThis paper is divided into six chapters: The first two chapters introduced the research background and purpose, the framework and methods, and summarized up the existing research results; The third chapter introduced Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Group Development and actuality of traffic and tried to analyze the calculation and information system through the establishment of GIS network data collection and network location data based on the shortest time path of transportation network in tourism accessibility. The fourth chapter deeply analyzed the changes of the scenic spot reachability before and after the opening of Changzhutan intercity rail traffic with Changzhutan city group 4A,5A scenic as the research object. The fifth chapter discussed the optimization measures of 4A,5A scenic accessibility in Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group and the last chapter made a summary of the full text.
