Research On The Relationship Between Innovation Network,Knowledge Acquisition And Innovation Performance

Knowledge economy time,Technology innovation has become the main force for the enterprises to improve competitiveness.As innovation model evolves from a simple linear model to network model,the network has become a significant character of innovation.Therefore,it is important to study the mechanism of the relationship between innovation network and innovation performance.In the process of innovation,how to improve the knowledge acquisition ability through making good use of the internal network and the external network,and then influence the innovation performance has a research significance.Based on the questionnaire survey,this study builds a theoretical model about external network,internal network,knowledge acquisition and innovation performance by empirical analysis.The results show that,(1)There is no significant positive impact between the external network and innovation performance.The internal network has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance.(2)External network and internal network both have a significant positive impact on knowledge acquisition.Knowledge acquisition has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,and knowledge acquisition plays a mediating role between innovation network and innovation performance.(3)There is a significant correlation between the internal network and the external network.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions and points out the deficiency of the study and the possibility of further study.
