The Research Of The Influence Factors On Sme Alliance Network's Innovation Performance

With the accelerating process of economic globalization, innovation has become the key factor on the core competitiveness of SMEs and the driving force promoting SMEs'sustainable development. The traditional innovation model which limited to SMEs'own internal independence has been unable to adapt to the global competition tendency, thus it has become a necessity to seek external resource support and take the road of network innovation. The rise and development of SME alliance network provide historical opportunity to strategy upgrade and technology innovation of SMEs.This thesis constructs and verifies the SME alliance network influence on innovation performance through the knowledge acquisition based on related literatures. It reveals the essence of SME alliance network influencing the network innovation performance. Through the interviews with the enterprise supervisors and analyzing the data of a questionnaire survey from 187 testers, we test and modify initial model under the using of SPSS & AMOS statistical analysis software and ultimately figure out the concluded model.(1) SME alliance networks are the important external factors on the articulated knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition of SMEs. This paper discusses the effect of network structural and relational characteristics on knowledge acquisition. The results of empirical study show that, different feature dimensions have different influences on articulated knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition.(2) The governance behaviors after the network establishment are also very important to the knowledge acquisition of SMEs. Communication and coordination have important positive effects on articulated knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition, management control is positively related to tacit knowledge acquisition, but with articulated knowledge acquisition, the correlation is not significant.(3) SME alliance network affects network innovation performance by obtaining knowledge, articulated knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition have significantly positive effects on innovation performance.The conclusions of this study provide some new ideas for the SMEs in China according to the characteristics of their own to construct alliance networks and evaluate the value of alliance networks, guide SMEs in China to effectively use the knowledge resources to improve innovation performance, so as to enrich the theory achievement of SMEs network innovation mode research in China.
