Aiming at the problem of performance appraisal of middle-level management personnel in H-private logistics enterprises,the appraisal theory and methods of performance appraisal were used to find and summarize the eight problems existing in middle-level managers’performance appraisal including the performance appraisal flow form and the comparison of appraisal subjects are single,the assessment object is not comprehensive,the assessment content is not perfect,the performance indicators are set too simple and unscientific,there is no clear normative performance appraisal system for middle managers,the appraisal method is simple,and the appraisal result is not open and not feedback.Seven reasons for these problems have been studied and analyzed:The main managers have insufficient understanding of the importance of performance appraisal,they have not established a clear and normative scientific and effective performance appraisal system,the assessment body has not formed an organization,the performance appraisal lacks key targets,and performance appraisal has not The company’s development strategy is combined with a lack of performance appraisal professionals,and the performance appraisal process is not open.On this basis,eight reform plans for the performance appraisal of mid-level management personnel were proposed:Raising the awareness of the importance of mid-level managers in performance appraisal,clarifying that middle-level managers are the key targets for performance appraisal,and establishing and improving scientific fairness,standards,and effectiveness.Performance appraisal system,improve and perfect the performance appraisal subject,introduce professional talents for performance appraisal,adopt advanced performance appraisal methods,establish and improve performance appraisal indicators for mid-level management personnel,and optimize performance feedback mechanism.Through the implementation of the reform plan for the performance evaluation of middle managers,the private logistics enterprises in H have established a scientific,fair,standardized,and efficient performance appraisal system to promote the formation of performance management systems for private logistics companies that are suitable for their own enterprises,and to stimulate the enthusiasm and performance level of all employees,and promote Enterprises are transformed from traditional logistics enterprises to modern logistics enterprises. |
