In the era of knowledge economy,talents as the first element of enterprise competition and strategic resources are considered to be important management factors that influence and even determine the competitive advantage of enterprises.Talent competition is particularly fierce among knowledge-based talent groups,attracting and retaining knowledge-based talents.It is an important goal of enterprise human resource management.The problem of knowledge-based brain drain has also become an important topic in academic research.In human resource management,improving employee's professional identity to the company can stimulate employees' work enthusiasm,improve work efficiency,and help to improve employee loyalty to the company.It can be said that professional identity affects employee's attendance,work efficiency and Resignation intentions,etc.This paper takes high-tech enterprise knowledge workers as the research object,and uses literature review method,questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method to explore the professional identity of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises,as well as factors affecting professional identity,and discuss high-tech enterprise knowledge.The problems existing in the professional identity of employees are aimed at providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the professional identity of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises.The study is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part.Explain the research background,purpose,methods and ideas of the topic,and sort out and introduce the existing research results and shortcomings of the topic.The second part adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to investigate the professional identity of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises,and describes the status of professional identity of high-tech knowledge workers.The third part analyzes the differences between demographic factors such as gender roles,age,and ranks in the occupational identity test items.The fourth part is based on the conclusions of the analysis of the difference factors,and analyzes the problems existing in the professional identity of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the professional identity of knowledge workers,how to improve the professional identity of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises.The study found that the professional identity of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises is at a medium level,and knowledge workers of different ages,qualifications,years of work,and ranks have significant differences in all dimensions of employee professional identity.
