With the intensified implementation of innovation-driven development strategies,the importance of intellectual property has become increasingly prominent.In the context of the new era,intellectual property rights are the main driving force for the successful incubation and transformation of ‘highly sophisticated' projects.On April 10,President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech titled "Opening up,Creating,Prospering,Innovating and Leading the Future" at the 2018 Annual Conference of the Boao Forum for Asia.He emphasized that strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights is the most important content of improving the property rights protection system,and it is also the greatest incentive to increase China's economic competitiveness.Under the demand for corporate intellectual property management systemization,how to develop and promote intellectual property management in enterprises with a low level of intellectual property management is a management problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.As the only company in the province that complies with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the company has always insisted on scientific and technological innovation and continuously strengthened the internal driving force for the development of enterprises.It has built direct sales agencies throughout the world and The R&D base was awarded by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Standards Committee for a standardized pilot enterprise of circular economy,and participated in the formulation of three national standards and a number of industry standards.Through a questionnaire survey on the patent situation of Longfu Huanneng Company,it was learned that Longfu's patent system is relatively complete,but it has not done enough in terms of patent management and protection,resulting in the quantity and quality of company patents.Can not go up,affect and restrict the further sustainable development of the company.Through the investigation of the intellectual property rights of Longfu Huanneng Company,the author found that the company has a small number of patents and the degree of emphasis on patents is not enough.The lack of patent protection,coupled with the lack of talent,the company's patent management There are still areas in need of improvement.Therefore,the author proposes solutions to the current situation by promoting patent development,strengthening patent protection,and promoting patent research and development.It is hoped that Longfu Environmental Energy will provide some guiding suggestions on intellectual property management.
