As the ceaseless development of our country reforming and opening,China is gradually incorporated into the track of international development.On China international road,we are getting overwhelmed,has long been familiar with the lifestyle changes,consistent production is also affected.All our habits are constantly changing,especially in China's medium and small private enterprises,human resource management when enterprises can not become the focus of attention is not the time,the introduction of talent has become the focus of the company to enhance competitiveness.So,how to attract talent,retain talent advantages to become the new competition points enterprises with great talent all walks of life to demand compensation,companies have begun to pay attention on its own sound system.A fair and reasonable pay system and pay system become the scientific enterprise to motivate employees and attract foreign talent,retaining key employee holy grail.A study of this thesis is a company manufacturing small and medium private enterprises,the overall quality of staff and skill level of practitioners are the primary factors that affect the ability to achieve business and competitiveness.From A Company's strategy of view,the company's staff compensation system A survey by questionnaire and the company's existing salary system A state analysis of the remuneration system and the system's current problem,combined with its compensation-related theoretical guidance the pay system optimization.
