With the continuous advancement of the new urbanization process in the country, the migrant workers group has become a huge driving force for China's economic development and urban construction, and it has played an indispensable role in urban construction and development. However, due to various factors such as the dual-entry household registration system in urban and rural areas in China and the growing environment and education level of migrant workers themselves, they differ greatly from urban residents in terms of economic conditions, behavioral patterns, and values. It is difficult for migrant workers to integrate into urban community life, and it is difficult to obtain urban social identity and citizen treatment. The problem of "difficulties" for peasant workers to integrate into the community has become a major issue that needs to be faced and studied urgently in the process of new urbanization. This article selects a group of migrant workers in the Zhongshandong Community of Shilong Town,Dongguan City as a sample of the study, and uses social exclusion theory to analyze the factors such as inflow background, economic adjustment, behavioral adaptation, cultural identity, and psychological integration of migrant workers, from the government,The community, migrant workers, and local residents identified the cause of the integration of “difficult” issues in the migrant workers' community from four perspectives.Through learning from the experience of domestic and foreign community integration, the proposed strategy for community integration in Shilong Town,Dongguan City was provided to the government of Shilong Town. The functional departments and the community provide reference for the formulation of migrant workers' community integration policies and measures, and provide reference for other towns in Dongguan to solve similar problems.
