generation of migrant workers in Shenyang,this study uses the theory of urban integration and community management to describe the current situation of urban life of the new generation of migrant workers by means of qualitative and quantitative combination,and makes an in-depth analysis of the urban integration,influencing factors and ways of the new generation ofmigrant workers in Shenyang.First of all,this study uses descriptive statistical analysis method to deeply analyze the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers in Shenyang.It is found that the new generation of migrant workers in Shenyang is mostly concentrated in labor-intensive industries,and the social interaction with urban residents is not high,the degree of social integration and the satisfaction of urban life is not higher,the annual living time in the city is longer Compared with urban residents,the urban living level of the new generation of migrant workers is low.However,the life style and values of the new generation of migrant workers have begun to change under the influence of the experience of going out to work,they have begun to have the information communication way and the way of access to information,pay attention to the quality of rational consumption mode,the concept of active career selection,began to germinate the concept of rights protection,more open consumption concept,City-type concept of marriage and love.In short,the new generation of migrant workers is a group of non-urban residents living in cities similar to urban residents but not yet integrated into the city,so it is imperative to promote the process of urban integration.Secondly,according to the sample survey data of the new generation of migrant workers in Shenyang,this study analyzes the influencing factors of the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers in Shenyang.From the institutional level,community management level and the new generation of migrant workers themselves to find out the impact of the new generation of migrant workers urban integration factors.Thirdly,according to the conclusion of the low level of urban integration of the new generation of peasant workers in Shenyang,combined with the relevant significant influencing factors,this study puts forward to break down the system restriction,establish the urban community access mechanism,take the community as the platform,broaden the employment path of migrant workers,standardize the labor system,and perfect the urban Communityguarantee mechanism.,encourage migrant workers
