The Impact Of Infrastructure Construction On The Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure Of China

Upgrading of the industrial structure is an inevitable requirement for the transformation of the current economic development mode and the optimization of the economic structure.Based on the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis,this paper determines the types of infrastructure to be studied from the concept and type of infrastructure,Then analyzing the current condition of China's infrastructure construction and the trend of industrial structure changes on this basis.Based on this,the paper uses the panel data of 2005-2015 to establish the measurement model,using the differential GMM and the system GMM estimation method,This paper analyzes the influence of infrastructure construction on the upgrading of China's industrial structure,and draws the relevant conclusions of this paper and gives the policy suggestions.research shows:First,from the current stage(2000-2015)China's industrial structure optimization and upgrading of the data characteristics of view,the rationalization of industrial structure and advanced process is not synchronized.With the rapid development of modern industry and service industry,the industrial structure has obvious advanced evolution trend.In contrast,the process of rationalization of the industrial structure is lagging behind,the development of the three industries is not coordinated,the proportion of reasonable problem is more prominent.Second,the increase in the stock of various types of infrastructure at this stage will have a positive impact on the adjustment of industrial structure,that is,to promote the rationalization of industrial structure,advanced direction.Since the reform and opening up,the scale of infrastructure investment has been expanding,the pace of construction has been gradually accelerated,the total amount of infrastructure has been improved,to a certain extent,optimize the overall structure of the infrastructure industry.Infrastructure services in all sectors of social production,to promote cross-regional factors of production,cross-industry flow,with the increase in the total infrastructure,its service capacity and service levels have been improved to varying degrees,so that the industrial structure to rationalization,The evolution of the direction of the industry to bring the optimization and upgrading.Thirdly,the improvement of the quality of all kinds of infrastructure at this stage leads to the decrease of the rationalization of it.For the advanced structure of the industry,the improvement of the quality of the infrastructure can promote the evolution of the industrial structure to the advanced direction.Countries in accelerating the construction of infrastructure investment,increase the stock of infrastructure at the same time,its quality improvement has also been more and more attention.The improvement of the quality of infrastructure is very self-evident for accelerating the process of high-level industrial structure.However,due to the influence of the long-term dual economic structure and the imbalance of regional infrastructure development,Its role is not obvious.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions on the basis of the correlation analysis and the conclusion of the research.
