A Research On Organizational Structruc Change Of HJ Fujian Company

"There is nothing permanent except change." With the rapid development of our country's economy,the economic structure gradually starts to transform,and enterprises external environment and internal conditions are always changing.Enterprises have to make adjustments to adapt to the development of the times if they want to survive and develop.Organization structure is a carrier of enterprises management and business development,and it determines important distribution principles of the company's internal business,resources and power.And it will affect whether the enterprise can achieve strategic objectives.But it is necessary to change the organization structure when it is no longer adapt to the development of enterprises because of changing external environment to make the new organization structure adapt to the development of enterprises,for achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise.This paper takes inspection organization—HJ Fujian company as an example,and adhere to the study way of "raise problems-analysis problems-solve problems-implementation and guatantee-research conclusion".Starting from the analysis of present development situation,combined with organizational structure theory,it is concluded that HJ Fujian company has problems in the business division,power distribution,span of control and formalization,and the existing organizational structure is not adapt to the development of the company.Then based on the theory of organizational change,it analyzes the HJ Fujian company organization structure change motivation.And meantime referenced the mature management experience from similar enterprises,the plan of product department organization structure change is raised.Afterwards according to the possible change block the response is drawn up in advance.It hopes to be able to guide the company organization structure change and adjust the internal division of labor and resources distribution for solving the existing problems of the organization.The purpose of change is enhancing the market competitiveness of company,reducing the management cost and improving the operating conditions.Meantime it can provide experience for reference for the organizational change of domestic similar inspection and testing institutions under the new economic situation.
