Research On The Evaluation Of Green Transformation Of Resource-based Cities

The expansion of economic scale and rapid population growth have brought great pressure to the global ecological environment and natural resources.With the emergence of global ecological problems and the depletion of renewable resources,how to achieve win-win economic and ecological benefits has become the focus of attention of all countries.In this context,the development of green transformation has gradually become one of the core issues of regional research.Resource-based cities,supported by resources development and utilization,have brought enormous pressure to the regional resources and environment under the long-term extensive development mode,and its green transformation and development is more urgent.As a typical resource-based city,the development of the transformation of Dongying has been highly valued by the state and Shandong province government.Study on Dongying regional transformation and development of the situation,to explore and promote the healthy and sustainable development path in transition,It can not only enrich and improve the related theories and empirical research results of green transformation and development,at the same time,it can also provide guidance and decision reference for the practice of the national economic transformation and development,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the results from domestic and foreign scholars on the,Firstly,analyzes the basic connotation of Resource-based City,green transformation,transformation and transformation of Resource-based City,and defines the concept of resource-based city green transformation from traditional geography Perspective;Secondly,the relationship between the related theories and the green transformation is expounded,and the theory of industrial structure and the life cycle theory of resource-based city are the breakthrough and foundation of the green transformation;The theory of human land relationship is the core basis for the green transformation of resource-based cities.the theory of circular economy and the theory of green economy indicate the direction and way for the green transformation of the resource-based cities;the theory of sustainable development is the goal of green transformation in resource based cities.On this basis,the coordination theory of man land relationship as a guide,draw lessons from relevant research results,this paper constructs a green transformation evaluation index system from three levels: economic,social and ecological environment,guided by the green transformation theory,especially the coordination theory of man land relationship.The comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the situation of green transformation in different levels of Dongying in 2006-2015 years by entropy method and weighted comprehensive index method;Lastly,the influence factors of green transformation in Dongying are discussed bygrey correlation degree model.The results showed that:(1)Dongying city green transformation comprehensive level fluctuations in the overall promotion is obvious,has obvious phase characteristics,the unbalance of the regional economic and social development and the improvement of the ecological environment leads to the fluctuation and change of the transformation and development,this fluctuation is mainly due to the imbalance in the development of the economic and social development and the improvement of the ecological environment in the process of transformation and development;(2)From the development trend of the green economy,the economic structure optimization is the main power to promote the development of green economy region;From the view of the development of green society,green life and social innovation are the important driving force to promote the development of green society;From the view of the change of green ecology,the environmental quality has changed greatly over the past ten years,which is the key factor affecting the further promotion of green ecology in Dongying.(3)Among the many influencing factors,the level of scientific and technological development has the greatest correlation with the comprehensive level of green transformation in Dongying,the second is the level of opening to the outside world.This is further evidence that the innovation of science and technology is the first productivity,and with the enhancement of international communication,the role of the level of opening up of the green transformation will gradually highlight.
