In the New Times,with the development of the Internet technology,the Chinese traditional organization-manufacturing industry is faced with the new epoch of reformation.How to remain the long-term competitive of organization,enhancing the staff of enthusiasm is a common issue facing the whole organizations.Every organization wants to get long-term development if,and only if,the staff are likely to exploit their talent and make efforts.The proactive behaviors are a method that seeks the reforming modes to promote organizations' innovation.The scholars find that it is indispensable to effectively guide using proactive behaviors.So the research recently focuses on how to improve employees 'proactive behaviors,because it is useful to keep organizational vitality and motivate organizations.As a pillar industry in China,the basic organization staff of the manufacturing industry is the backbone of the development of the manufacturing organization,because of the growth background and the complexity of realistic environment,the traditional grass-roots staff always have traditional thinking mode and rational thought,but the behaviors and performance which they display directly affect the organizational development.At the same time,how to lead to the plenty of organizational staff is very important.It is the necessary stage to promote the reform of our traditional organizations.Therefore,how to make the management work to the advantages is an important guarantee to enhance their proactive behaviors and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises effectively.But only by slogan or the employee's own initiative cannot achieve the expected effect of proactive behaviors,it also need organizations to provide the environment to meet the staff internal development.Organizational support is the physical or virtual nature to encourage employees,so when the support of organizations match the staff,it can achieve the purpose of motivating employees.But in existing tools of measurement,it is very broad,and unfavorable to put forward constructive opinions.So the article will revise the existing method to research perceived organizational support of the Chinese traditional organization-manufacturing industry.At the same time,the development of every organization cannot be separated from the improvement and construction of the environment.Forming a good organizational atmosphere will promote and enhance the staffs proactive behaviors.And good organizational communication atmosphere can be able to lead employees to timely understand the dynamic information of organization,feedback.As a result,it can be purposeful to promote their own behaviors.Therefore,the research establishes an empirical test model including perceived organizational support,proactive behaviors,organizational communication atmosphere to test the mediating effect of impression management expectation and the moderating effect of organizational communication atmosphere.In this study,firstly I revised the scale of the perceived organizational support to get specific and targeted method.Secondly,through investigating 317 manufacturers who is working in a bigger manufacture company,I use the SPSS,AMOS and other statistical software to build hierarchical regression model.The conclusions is as follows:(1)Perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on the individual' proactive behaviors of employees;perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on the proactive behavior of employee who work as team member;perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on the forward-looking behavior of employees who work as organizational member.(2)Perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on impression management expectation.(3)Impression management expectation mediate the perceived organizational support and individual' proactive behaviors of employees;impression management expectation mediate the perceived organizational support and the proactive behavior of employee who work as team member;impression management expectation mediate the perceived organizational support and the forward-looking behavior of employees who work as organizational member.(4)The organizational communication atmosphere adjusts the relationship between organizational support perception and impression management expectation.(5)The organizational communication atmosphere adjusts the organization to perceived organizational support and the individual' proactive behaviors of employees;The organizational communication atmosphere adjusts perceived organizational support and the proactive behaviors of employee who work as team member;The organizational communication atmosphere adjusts perceived organizational support and the forward-looking behavior of employees who work as organizational member.(6)Organizational communication atmosphere will moderated mediator the relationship between organizational support perception and the individual' proactive behaviors of employees;Organizational communication atmosphere will moderated mediator the relationship between organizational support perception and the proactive behaviors of employee who work as team member;Organizational communication atmosphere will moderated mediator the relationship between organizational support perception and the forward-looking behavior of employees who work as organizational member.
