Evaluation Of The Development Of New-type Urbanization In Shandong Province And Its Driving Force Research

Town is the carrier of economic development and the symbol of human civilization,the process of urbanization in twenty-first Century will have a profound impact on the economy and society.Since 2000,the level of urbanization in China has continued to grow at a high speed.The urbanization rate of the resident population has increased from 36.22% to 57.35% in 2016,an average annual increase of 1.3 percentage points.However,the extensive development mode of traditional urbanization has led to a series of resource and environmental problems,which has become a hidden danger restricting the further development of urbanization.It is a strategic choice to expand domestic demand and improve the quality of urbanization in the new period.As a large population and economic province in China,Shandong Province has entered a new period of new urbanization construction.In this context,this paper studies the temporal-spatial evolution and development of new urbanization in Shandong Province,and puts forward relevant suggestions in view of its current situation,in order to further promote the development of new urbanization in Shandong Province to provide reference and reference.This paper first based on the understanding of the connotation of new urbanization,referring to the relevant research from the population urbanization,economic urbanization,Life service urbanization and infrastructure urbanization 4 aspects selected 17 specific indicators to form a new level of urbanization comprehensive evaluation system and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators;Secondly,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the evolution and coordinated development of the new urbanization level in Shandong Province and its 17 cities from 2000 to 2015 in terms of time series.The research shows that the overall development situation of new urbanization in Shandong Province is good.The development speed of each criterion level is as follows: infrastructure urbanization > life service urbanization > economic urbanization > population urbanization.There are differences in the development speed of new urbanization in 17 prefectures;Thirdly,taking 2015 as the time node,the spatial development of new urbanization in Shandong Province is studied.The study shows that the development level of new urbanization in Shandong Province has the characteristics of "two pole prominence and the east is higher than the west" spatial differences: From a global perspective,the level of new urbanization in Jinan and Qingdao is obviously higher than that in other regions and has become the spatial development pole leading the construction of new urbanization in Shandong Province.In the east-west direction,the new urbanization level in the eastern 8 cities is obviously higher than that in the west.From the perspective of each city,the development of new urbanization in 17 cities has its own problems and characteristics;Fourthly,through factor analysis and regression analysis,the power and evolution of the new urbanization development in Shandong province are studied.The research shows that the driving force to promote the development of new urbanization in Shandong Province is market power > endogenous power > administrative power > exogenous force,and the driving force of the market is gradually becoming apparent;Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the development of new urbanization in Shandong Province.
