Research On The Training Of Rural Tourism Employees In Ethnic Minority Areas

In recent years,with the rapid rise of the tertiary industry,especially the rapid development of rural tourism,China's rural residents have actively participated in the development of tourism.The development of rural tourism can not only effectively increase the employment opportunities of farmers,and increase the income of farmers,but also promote the adjustment and optimization of rural industrial structure.In the minority areas of our country,many villagers also hope to achieve the goals of poverty alleviation through the development of rural tourism.However,it is far from being able to support its realization of this goal in terms of the relevant knowledge and practical capabilities that its villagers currently possess.The author once participated in surveys on various topics of tutors.When investigating and analyzing the current situation of rural tourism in ethnic minority areas,and found that local rural tourism practitioners did not have a clear understanding of what rural tourism is,how to develop rural tourism,and what is the prospect of rural tourism.The development of rural tourism is mostly at its spontaneous stage;what is more,its development behavior also causes a certain degree of environmental damage.The above problems have a direct relationship with rural tourism practitioners who cannot accurately and comprehensively grasp the expertise of rural tourism development.Therefore,rural tourism practitioners in ethnic minority areas carry out training in rural tourism related knowledge and skills to improve their overall quality.At the part of the perspective of awareness and technology,it is of vital importance to help villagers develop rural tourism.This article takes Menggen village,Lahu Autonomous County of Lancang,Yunnan Province as a case study point,through systematic training and research on villagers' knowledge and skills in rural tourism,to understand the current situation and problems of rural tourism practitioners in the village;An in-depth survey of the training needs of practitioners was conducted,and a theoretical framework and system applicable to thetraining of local rural tourism practitioners was proposed;Based on this,carry out training work in the village;finally,rural tourism practitioners in ethnic minority areas in China were trained.The work puts forward a number of suggestions aimed at contributing to the improvement of the quality of rural tourism practitioners in ethnic minority areas.
