A Study On The Improvement Of Human Capital Of Rural Tourism In Ethnic Minority Areas

In recent years,China's rural tourism has a "blowout" development and broad prospects.However,the most important capital growth and investment in economic development,human capital investment,is often ignored in the development of rural tourism.China's human capital stock is insufficient,especially in rural areas.Rural tourism practitioners are mainly local farmers,with low cultural quality,no systematic tourism education,no management experience,and low service level.All these problems seriously hinder the development of rural tourism.Therefore,to develop rural tourism,we should pay attention to the investment of human capital,and focus on the training of rural tourism practitioners.Xiangxi Prefecture,as the first place of targeted poverty alleviation in China,has rich cultural tourism resources.To vigorously develop rural tourism and implement tourism poverty alleviation is an important measure of targeted poverty alleviation.This paper selects Xiangxi Prefecture as a case study,using literature research,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview to conduct an in-depth investigation on the development of rural tourism and the training of employees in Xiangxi Prefecture.On this basis,the typical cases at home and abroad are compared,and data are analyzed by spssauv20.0 software.In general,the development of rural tourism in Xiangxi Prefecture is fast in recent years,and the training of employees has made some useful exploration,but the development is very unbalanced,and the human capital of rural tourism needs to be improved.The main problems are not enough attention to the training of employees,lack of capital investment,single training form,lack of targeted training content,etc.In order to ensure China's overall poverty alleviation in 2020,the development of rural tourism should not only focus on the input of material capital,but also on the input of human capital,pay close attention to the training of rural tourism practitioners.First,governments at all levels should have a unified understanding and strengthen leadership;second,strengthen the construction of training bases and training teachers,and take flexible and diverse forms to do a good job in training,so as to continuously improve rural tourism The level of industrial human capital promotes the healthy and rapid development of rural tourism.
