Research On The Sustainable Development Of Sugar Industry At The Border Area Of Yunnan From The Perspective Of Structural Reform Of Agricultural Supply Side

The structural reform of agricultural supply side was first proposed at the central rural work conference in December 2015.The fundamental goal was to improve the comprehensive agricultural efficiency and competitiveness,to eliminate the contradiction between the mismatch of resources,the disjunction of supply and demand,the distortion of the market,to optimize the allocation of agricultural resources,to reduce the ineffective supply and solve the difficulties in the adjustment of agricultural structure and the increase of farmers' income.Subsequently,a large number of studies have been carried out from the macro perspective,but the research on the combination of the agricultural supply side structural reform with the specific industries in the border areas is relatively scarce.As a kind of industrial and agricultural combination industry,the industry development of sugar industry is not only related to the development of sugar making enterprises,but also closely related to the interests of sugarcane growers,but the sugarcane varieties in Yunnan border area are single and lack of supply,and the funds of sugar making enterprises are shortage,the process of sugar production is backward,the cost of production is too high,and the risk of the sugar trade market is very high.The problem of single marketing mode is serious,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of sugar industry.Therefore,in order to solve the problems in the industrial supply and demand structure and management mode,the quality and efficiency of the supply system are adjusted.Based on the perspective of the agricultural supply side structural reform,this paper studies the sustainable development of the sugar industry in Yunnan border area.The full text is from the local economy,social development,poverty reduction and industry.In order to explain the importance of the continuous development of the sugar industry in Yunnan border area,this paper analyzes the importance of the continuous development of the sugar industry in the border area of Yunnan,and analyzes the development of the sugar industry in the border area of Yunnan province from the supply and demand,the management situation and the restrictive factors,and the perspective of the agricultural supply side structural reform from the policy.In order to promote the healthy development and continuous supply of the sugar industry in the border areas,the local economy can be promoted and the farmers' life is able to improve the sugar industry in the border areas of Yunnan by thinking about the optimization of the sugar industry in the border areas of Yunnan.Improvement and poverty alleviation can be realized smoothly.
