Tourism Poverty Alleviation Dynamic Monitoring And Effectiveness Evaluation

Poverty alleviation through tourism is one of the important ways for China to achieve overall poverty alleviation.With the vigorous guidance of national policies and strong market demand,tourism poverty alleviation projects have mushroomed.However,many tourism poverty alleviation projects lack of accuracy.How to evaluate the effectiveness of tourism poverty alleviation?Can dynamic monitoring of tourism poverty alleviation process be conducted?This is not only a practical issue that needs to be solved for poverty alleviation,but also a question that poverty alleviation theories need to answer.Therefore,on the basis of literature review,this paper applied theory and methods such as anti-poverty theory,tourism poverty alleviation theory,dynamic monitoring method,effectiveness evaluation method,etc.,built an evaluation index system for tourism poverty alleviation effectiveness from the following four levels:improvement of the poor people's income,educational resources,housing conditions,and medical care.This Paper taken De'an Village,Wuliangshan Township,Nanjian County as an empirical example,selected four years from 2014 to 2017,conducted dynamic monitoring of the tourism poverty alleviation process from social funds,infrastructure,tourism resources,and tourism economic entities,and effectiveness of poverty alleviation.Through analysis of structural equation models,poverty alleviation pathways,relevant data,this research concluded as follows:the tourism poverty alleviation effect of Dean Village has been continuously improved;the income of the poor has increased significantly;the housing and medical care have been increased;the villagers have a positive attitude towards local development of tourism and are willing to participate in tourism serviceAccording to the empirical research on the dynamic monitoring of tourism poverty alleviation in De'an Village,De'an Village could promote tourism poverty alleviation effectiveness from improving the structure of tourism products,enriching the portfolio of tourism projects,and planning the tourism planning of scenic spots.
