Sales professionals in the pharmaceutical industry have special requirements such as higher professional requirements,stronger irreplaceability,and greater losses due to loss.Therefore,they occupy a significant position in pharmaceutical companies.Pharmaceutical companies with excellent sales teams are more competitive in the market.Core competitiveness.Under the double impact of subdivided industries and overall economic structure,their loss is an obvious one,and the negative impact on the pharmaceutical industry has already emerged.This article attempts to use the R company pharmaceutical sales personnel as a research sample,hoping that through specific case studies,we can find an effective way to solve the R company and even the entire pharmaceutical industry,the loss of sales staff.This study selected the pharmaceutical industry as the research target industry,a specific focus on the industry sales job employee high loss ratio,choose R companies as samples,in-depth study of the company's current and sales staff,the integrated use of literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,on the basis of human resource management theory,for R company pharmaceutical sales personnel loss situation has carried on the case study.Research mainly has the following findings: first,the cause of loss of personnel cannot treat as the same,it is a manifestation of the comprehensive function of many factors,in general can be summed up as,if the enterprise for a long time to turn a blind eye to its own employees demand,then the enterprise inevitably accompanied by the loss of a large number of employees;Second,a variety of factors influencing the staff to make the decision,however,the main factors of common are: development space,salary,benefits,job matching degree,working environment,autonomy,and the balance of family and work and so on six aspects;Third,the employee's development space in the enterprise is the most critical factor affecting employee turnover;Fourthly,the compensation and welfare level of enterprises is the second key factor that leads to loss of staff.Fifth,the degree of job matching determines whether the employee is competent for the job and is also an important factor leading to employee turnover.Sixthly,the working environment,autonomy and balance between family and work have great influence on employee turnover.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,this research from loss staff development space,salary,benefits,job matching degree,working environment and so on reasons,put forward the following control the drain of medicine sales personnel strategy: first,from the source to prevent sales personnel loss,strengthen the recruitment hired management work,do people post match,recruit good employees;Second,the establishment of a competitive compensation and welfare system to enhance the attractiveness of staff;Thirdly,the employee's career development should be connected with the continuous improvement of the enterprise,so as to establish the sense of ownership.Fourth,create a good working environment and understand employees;Finally,strengthen the employee turnover management,reduce the loss of staff loss.
