Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Tourism In Shandong Province Under The New Normal Economy

Tourism is an important part of the third industry,because of its strong radiation and leading role,it plays a big role in the steady growth,structural adjustment,the reform promoting and the the people's livelihood benefits.The CPC central committee leadership pay attention to tourism development,the guiding ideology of tourism development has changed in different leadership groups,from the development of tourism industrialization to the pillar industry and then to the transformation and upgrading.The social environment and industrial policies of China's tourism industry are changing constantly,and the status and role of tourism in the national economy are constantly improving.The current economic development of our country has entered the new normal,the industrial structure comes into adjustment period,the residents' consumption gets into a period of transformation and upgrading,the industrial goes into the integration of development,All those have brought new opportunities,and put forward new requirements for the transformation and upgrading of tourism development.After years of continuous development,the tourism industry in Shandong province has achieved a series of achievements,and the status and role of tourism in the national economy have been significantly enhanced.However,it still faces problems such as insufficient tourist effective supply,low service quality and insufficient brand construction.How to adapt to the new normal economy and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry is the first question that needs to be considered in the development of tourism in Shandong province.Based on the current situation of tourism industry in Shandong province,I put forward five development concept as the guide to change the thinking of tourism development,and the construction of tourism destination,the incubation of the tourism new formats,the global tourism development and the environmental improvement will be as a key task in the future tourism development.From the perspectives of institutional mechanism,factor improvement,environmental improvement,policy support,industrial integration and opening-up,the countermeasures of tourism transformation and upgrading in Shandong province were put forward.
