Research On The Economic Transformation And Upgrading Of Hebei Province Under The New Normal State

Economic transformation and upgrading is not only an economic level, but also related to social, resource and environment, etc. It is a transformation and upgrading of the entire system of the national economy, in this process, all levels of the national economic system will be made great progress.After experiencing the demand for high speed economic growth, many industries are faced with excess capacity,Demand structure and supply structure in the market do not match. Economic growth is slowing, and economic development is emerging. At present, Hebei Province, on the one hand, facing the need of stable and rapid economic growth. On the one hand, facing the pressure caused by the rapid consumption of resources and energy, environmental pollution. Economic transformation and upgrading is imperative.In the new context of economic transformation and upgrading has been given a new feature, In this paper, we construct the evaluation index system of economic transformation and upgrading from four aspects, namely, economic, social, resource environment and development potential. Then use the arithmetic average method to evaluate the economic transformation and upgrading of Hebei province from 2004 to 2013, and using the least square method to analyze the impact of economic transformation and upgrading in Hebei Province. Finds that the economic transformation and upgrading of Hebei province presents a good momentum of development, the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, improve the level of income, improve the resources and environmental conditions have a positive impact. Using Copeland method to evaluate the economic transformation of Hebei Province in 2013 and the other provinces and cities in the country to evaluate and compare the economic transformation and upgrading of Hebei Province, although it is a benign development trend. But it still lags behind most of the provinces in the country, still need to redouble our efforts to upgrade. Finally, this article from the economic, social, resource environment and the perspective of science and technology to put forward the method of promoting economic transformation and upgrading.
