The development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises has made great contributions to economic and social development of China.However since 2011,with the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend and the increasing demand for environmental protection,the cost of the production factors of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is constantly rising,the investment in R&D is insufficient,the core technology is lacking,the management is not standardized,and the low level of information has become increasingly prominent,which seriously restrict the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.The survival and development.Under the new economic environment,it is great practical significance to study the strategic management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,KSD company as the research object,using the balanced scorecard method to study how to establish the company's balanced scorecard index system,for the company's strategic objectives to provide the basis for evaluation.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,purpose,research methods and innovation.The second chapter is related literature review,introduces the theory of strategic management and balanced scorecard,and expounds the current difficulties faced by smes.The third chapter is the environmental analysis and strategy formulation of KSD company.By studying the internal and external environment of KSD company and SEOT analysis,the future development plan of KSD company is drawn up.The fourth chapter is the application of Balanced Scorecard in the strategic management of KSD company.Through the study of KSD company's strategic objectives,the KSD company's balanced scorecard index system and the Department of marketing and product service department two department level balanced scorecard index system.The fifth chapter is the Balanced Scorecard Used in the KSD company safeguards.To ensure that the balanced scorecard can be implemented effectively and effectively in KSD company,management measures are proposed.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the content and conclusions of the study,and puts forward the inadequacies and future prospects.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of KSD company,we find the problems existing in the management of the company and put forward some suggestions for improvement.The target based on the company's future development strategy,the author puts forward the Balanced Scorecard to implement the strategic management of the company,put forward in the research process evaluation index system has a certain application value and practical significance for the strategic management of small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises.
