| With the deepening of reform in China, more attention is paid to the strategic and performance management in enterprises. The aviation manufacturing enterprises play the role of a national strategic industry and a symbol of grow up, they not only promote the progress of science and technology, but also drive the development of economy rapidly, so their strategic goals are important. Recently, aviation manufacturing enterprises put forward the strategy of "two harmony, three innovation, five transform and one trillion". However, the shortage of effective execute and communication with staff restricting the application of the strategy. Therefore, the thesis puts forward a new strategic management tool-the balanced scorecard, and applirs it in aviation manufacturing enterprises, which is based on the basic theory of the balanced scorecard and the strategy of aviation manufacturing enterprises. The thesis applies AHP to fix the four aspects of index, making the index system more targeted. According to the suggestion of Kaplan- the original founder of BSC, the thesis constructs the center of strategy through customized for the aviation manufacturing enterprise, and then draws its strategic map, which determines the SSF and KPI, and provides an effective way to realize the organizations strategy according to the comprehensive of IBSC and PBSC.The application of the balanced scorecard is a systematic engineering, which needs vigorously support and energetic cooperation between supervisor and general staff, it also needs to have a team familiar with the organization as well as the application of the BSC, so as to carry out the index well in the related department. The time used in the interrelated research is limited, and the decomposition of index is not mature, so it needs to perfect in practice. However, it is believed that according to the efforts, the aviation manufacturing enterprises must be able to successfully apply the BSC and realize the strategy. |
