The Development And Challenges Of Taiwan OEM Electronic Enterprise

When we study the economic situation of the world today,we must first grasp the economic globalization.The emergence of this phenomenon,politically,has been benefited from the collapse of the bipolar structure in the early 90s and the strong support of the countries in the world for economic development.In the field of the manufacturing,the globalization tendency of the production,consumption,service and research and development has emerged,which is due to the internal consistency of the external environment of economic globalization and the internal requirements of the development of countries.At the same time,there are also the phenomenon of the international transfer of manufacturing industry,the most obvious characteristic of which is the subdivision of the industrial chain,and the multinational corporation is the main force to promote this phenomenon.Due to the further expansion of economic globalization and the further strengthening of international division of the labor,the phenomenon of the separation of production processes in the world has emerged.When the property right can be separated,the manufacturing company will make the other more advantageous manufacturing companies contract the production link which is not in the key position.This is the phenomenon of outsourcing and submission.This paper takes the international division of labor and the model of generation as the research object,and investigates the history and reality of the electronic industry in Taiwan,and puts forward the problems that the industry will face in the future and the ways to deal with it.At the same time,in order to explore the development of the ODM/OEM-lead company,the typical company of the Accton Technology Corp is used as an example of the analysis.Looking at the history and the current situation of the intellectual state and the current problems,we can understand the historical and current development characteristics of the electronic industry in Taiwan,as well as the problems and crises that are now encountered.Accordingly,this article attempts to put forward corresponding countermeasures for it.The situation of a company also reflects the situation of one industry in the region.This article discusses it and puts forward the point of view.If there are inappropriate places,welcome the readers to correct them.
