In the current business tide,IT talents are becoming more and more popular in all industries.The number of enterprises in the education and training industry that conveyed the IT talents in our country has increased rapidly,which makes the competition of the industry increasingly fierce.Guizhou FG company,as the largest local brand that nurture IT talents,is in urgent need of improving the performance management level of the company,making the company able to stand out in the fierce competition and achieve the goal of sustainable development.As a strategy and performance management tool,balanced scorecard has been widely applied in many enterprises at home and abroad,and has achieved good results.This paper summarizes the current IT education industry background,strategic management,performance management and balanced scorecard theory as the basis of a careful analysis of the current situation of performance management of FG company and the existing deficiencies,expounds the necessity and feasibility of the balanced scorecard implementation in FG company.Through the introduction of the balanced scorecard,we helped FG company clarify its strategic objectives,and made detailed explanations and Analysis on the internal relations between the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,and learning and growth.At the same time,we developed the strategic map of FG company,and drew the Balanced Scorecard at three levels: company level,department level and personal level,and made the strategic action plan.Through the trinity of "graph,card and table",it ensures the application of the Balanced Scorecard in all aspects of performance management.Then it explains the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in FG company to ensure the successful implementation of the balanced scorecard.This paper aims to improve and improve the performance management level of Guizhou FG companies and employees through balanced scorecard application,so that Guizhou FG can really achieve long-term development and is at an excellent level in the fierce market competition environment.Meanwhile,it provides the practice of Balanced Scorecard in IT education industry in China,and further promotes the further improvement of the Balanced Scorecard theory.It also gives reference and reference for IT education enterprises in China.
