Research On The Dynamic Change And Efficiency Of Land Use In Jiangsu Coastal Area

Urban space is the regional carrier of human production and life.With the development of urbanization,urban space expands rapidly.The demand of urban space expansion for land resources and the scarcity of land resources have become irreconcilable contradictions.In the process of urbanization,the irrational use of land and the unreasonable allocation of land elements lead to the waste of resources.The coastal areas of Jiangsu are rich in land resources.The coastal areas of Jiangsu have a huge space for development,because the level of economic development is the lowlands of Jiangsu and the eastern coastal areas.It is of great significance to study the urban spatial expansion and the change of land use efficiency in the future urbanization process of Jiangsu coastal area.Based on the concept of compact city and intensive land use,this paper studies the process of urban spatial expansion and the change of land use efficiency in coastal areas of Jiangsu Province.Firstly,the relevant data of 5 time nodes of 20 administrative units in Jiangsu coastal area from 1995 to 2015 were selected to analyze the changes of urban spatial expansion area,rate and intensity.This paper studies the spatial expansion process of Jiangsu coastal city by the patch area of urban construction land was extracted by Arcgis and fragstats software.This paper selects Landscape shape index(LSI)and dimensional index(PAFRAC)to quantitative analysis of spatial morphology.Secondly,the input-output indicators are 5 time sections of urban construction land area,financial expenditure,second and tertiary industry employees,the output value of the second tertiary industry,fiscal revenue,industrial wastewater discharge and Industrial sulphur dioxide emissions.In this paper,SBM model considering non-expected output is used to estimate the land use efficiency level in Jiangsu coastal area from 1995 to 2015,and the land use and spatial differentiation at different time nodes are analyzed.This paper analyzes the input-output redundancy of factors in 2015.This paper finds out the causes of low efficiency of land use and the ways to improve it,and puts forward the basis for the adjustment of regional policy and land use policy in the next step.On the basis of previous research,this paper tries to explore the relationship between urban spatial expansion and land use efficiency.The landscape shape index(LSI)quantitatively describes the urban spatial form.The correlation analysis of landscape shape index(LSI)and urban land use efficiency(LSI)shows that the correlation between the time section data and the change of urban land use efficiency.The correlation between the changes is more significant.The quadrant method is used to distinguish the synchronism between urban spatial expansion and land use.The results show that the changes of urban spatial compactness and the comprehensive efficiency of land use are synchronized.In most cases,the increase in compactness will lead to an increase in the overall efficiency of land use.However,the reduction of compactness does not necessarily lead to a decrease in the comprehensive efficiency of land use.This paper use GLS regression to verify the influence Mechanism of Urban Spatial form on Land use efficiency.This paper finds that compact urban space is beneficial to the improvement of land use efficiency.The efficiency of land use is determined by urban spatial form,land urbanization,economic development level and government intervention measures.
