Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Sustainable Consumption In China

Sustainable consumption is an emerging consumption model for all social strata.It is not only the pursuit of the sustainability of the production process and product consumption,but also the sustainability of consumer behavior.Second,sustainable consumption is to adapt to the level of regional development under the constraints of the level of objective resources and environment,to reduce environmental pollution and improve the quality of life.Finally,the sustainable consumption development direction should be to eliminate the unfairness of the generation,guarantee the inter-generational equity,and not occupy the interests and resources of future generations.This paper aims to solve the problem: to study the definition of sustainable consumption,and to organize the existing problems of existing scholars in establishing sustainable consumption evaluation system;The hierarchical structure and multi-level index system of evaluation are put forward,and more representative indexes are selected.To refine and determine the assessment content and establish a sustainable consumption evaluation index system.Comprehensive evaluation model using the entropy method and TOPSIS method,entropy value method to determine the index weight,with TOPSIS method to calculate the target layer for the optimal solution of the relative progress size,as sorting according to the provinces of sustainable consumption level.The consumption trend of Chinese residents has fluctuated greatly in 2009 and 2010.Since 2013,the consumption structure of residents has been in good condition.A study of the level of sustainable consumption in the East,West,and Central regions found that,The progress rate of sustainable consumption in Jilin Province(10-year average of 0.238)is far lower than other eastern provinces,The Sichuan Province(10-year average of 0.739)ranked first in the western region.The calculation results of the level of sustainable consumption at the national level indicate that Guangdong,Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong,and Sichuan provinces rank among the top seven countries in the country.Inner Mongolia,jilin,jiangxi,hainan,guizhou,Tibet,guangxi and other provinces of sustainable consumption level significantly lower than in other provinces,this shows that although the sustainable consumption with higher levels of province is located in the eastern region.However,the provinces with low sustainable levels show irregular distribution in space.Based on the analysis of the Gini coefficient,the Theil index,and the logarithmic deviation from the degree of sustainable consumption in each province at the national level,the provinces with moderate levels of sustainable consumption in China are subject to large fluctuations,these regions have the highest potential for sustainable consumption,followed by high-level provinces.Some provinces with low levels of sustainable consumption have released their growth potential after 2014,and the rankings have shown irregular fluctuations during the period.
