As more and more international hotel companies and brands enter China,it is particularly important to understand the psychology of Chinese hotel staffs in the context of collectivist Chinese culture."Happy employees bring happy customers",and research on positive psychology has become an important trend in academia.Under this background,the purposes of this study is studying the relationship among work-family conflict and relational orientation for three kinds of workplace fun(socializing with coworkers,celebrating at work and global fun at work),and the internal relationship of workplace fun.The main contents of this paper include two aspects:First,theoretical research.Explore the impact of hotel employee's work-family conflict,relational orientation on workplace fun,and study the internal relationship among all dimensions of workplace fun.Based on the theory of collectivism and emotional contagion theory,building the structural equation model.Second,empirical research.Through the questionnaire survey method to collect 456 valid data,the respondents were from Xiamen,and Shenzhen,including six five-star hotels and one four-star hotel's staffs.In this paper,SPSS 19.0 and Mplus7 were used to analyze the collected data,and the structural equation model proposed in this paper was tested,and some conclusions are drawn.The research process of this paper starts from the research background and research significance,and on the basis of a large number of reading relevant literature,this paper puts forward the core research question of this paper:workplace fun.Second,read and summarized the related literatures,understand the domestic and foreign scholars in the work-family conflict,relational orientation and workplace fun those aspects of research results.On this basis,the relationship between the variables is assumed and the structural equation model is constructed.Then the empirical research method is used to design the questionnaire,collect data and test the model.Finally,based on the data analysis results,the conclusions and prospects of this paper are obtained.The results of this study are as follows:1.The relational orientation of hotel staffs positively affects the socializing with coworkers,which in turn affects the global fun at work in hospitality;2.The relational orientation of hotel staffs is positively affecting the staff's celebration at work,which will affect the overall fun atmosphere of the hotel.3.There is an internal relationship between the various dimensions of the workplace fun,and socializing with coworkers and the celebrating at work positively affect the global fun at work in the hotel.4.The relationship of work-family conflict and workplace fun was not significant.
