The Development Of New Urbanization Under The Scientific Outlook On Development

Urbanization is the inevitable trend of social and economic development in the future,it is an inexhaustible driving force for modernization and “two centenary goals”.In the period of China's reform and opening up to nearly four decades,urbanization has experienced a period of recovery,steady development and accelerated development,and the urbanization rate exceeded 50% in 2011.In retrospect,China's urbanization has achieved remarkable achievements,but there are also a series of deep-seated problems that need to be solved.There is no doubt that the traditional model of urbanization is unsustainable.Under the new situation of our country must be based on the national conditions such as:large population,shortage of resources,environmental pressure,unbalanced development gap between urban and rural areas,regional differences.With a new perspective and thinking,find a new type of urbanization that is guided by the scientific outlook on development,which is different from that of the western countries and the traditional path of China.Chongqing is the youngest Direct-controlled municipality of our country,who shouldering the national strategy of "area" node,the Yangtze River economic belt of the western center,important growth pole in the western region,and rural comprehensive reform pilot area as a whole.However,due to its low starting point,special historic environment and geographical environment,there are many problems during the rapid development of urbanization.Therefore,taking the scientific outlook on development as the guidance,transforming the mode of economic development and coordinating the integration of urban and rural areas is the key to realizing the sustainable development of economic health.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts.The first chapter,the relevant concepts and theories of urbanization has carried on the system,including the theoretical part combed the western urbanization theory and Marxism classical writers from Marx,Engels and Lenin,Stalin to the China successive leadership team related ideas.The second chapter,focusing on the new type of urbanization in the view of scientific development view,and explain it.The third chapter,taking Chong Qing as an example,introduced the development course of the urbanization and the existing problems,puts forward the overall level is not high,unbalanced regional development,the widening gap between urban and rural areas,the ecological environment is the four aspects of problems.The fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the new urbanization development path in Chong Qing.
