| In recent years,with the adjustment of the global industrial structure and the continuous improvement of the degree of opening to the outside world,the service industry in China has exceeded the manufacturing industry,and becomes the mainstream of foreign investment.As of 2015,the amount of foreign investment in China's service industry has reached 81.1 billion dollars,which has become the main areas of investment of transnational enterprises in China.However,due to the different economic bases and geographical conditions of the eastern,central and western regions,the of service industry presents the characteristics of unbalanced regional development,which hinders the coordinated and efficient operation of our economy to a certain extent.In the era of service industry becoming a key area of foreign direct investment,how to make full use of our advantages,adjust measures to local conditions,promote the optimization and upgrading of internal structure and achieve regional coordinated development has become China's top priority.This paper first analyzes the overall development of in China's service industry.Then,based on the statistical data of the actual utilization of foreign investment in China's provinces and cities in recent 2006-2015 years,and use the Theil index(1967)method to measure the development difference of in China's service industry,and draw the evolution trend of regional differences.Furthermore,through the establishment of panel data model to test the impact factors of China and East,midland and west regions are tested.The results of the study show that:(1)The scale of in China's service industry is expanding.However,there are a series of prominent problems,such as the unreasonable internal structure of the service industry,the large gap between the regions and the concentration of the sources.(2)The Overall difference,Inter regional differences and intra regional differences of in China's service sector are showing a decreasing trend,and the main reasons for the overall difference of in service industry are Inter regional differences;the eastern and central regions is falling in general,while the western region has a rising trend;regional disparity in eastern region and the East is far greater than the central and Western regions.In conclusion,the overall difference of in China's service industry is mainly caused by intra regional differences,while the regional difference is mainly from the eastern region,and the contribution rate of Inter regional differences to the overall difference is showing a rising trend.(3)In the absence of services inflow,China's infrastructure level,market level,labor cost and human capital is the main influencing factors of in China's service industry;but when there are pre-service,in the manufacturing sector and the inflow of in the service sector are also the main factors of the in China's service industry.At present,the technical level and the development potential of service industry have little influence on the service industry,and the effect of export is not significant enough.And the influencing factors of the three regional service industry are not the same: manufacturing,economic scale,technological innovation,the degree of market and the level of infrastructure is the main factor influencing the service industry in the eastern region of;influence factors significantly affect service industry of the central region of are economies of scale,technology innovation,labor costs,human capital and infrastructure;and only the manufacturing industry and labor costs affect in service industry of West China.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,summarizes the full text,polices and suggestions on the introduction of services in the service industry as a whole and in the regions of the East Central and West China were proposed. |
