Study On Regional Unbalanced Development Of Science And Technology Service Industry And Its Influencing Factors From The Perspective Of Agglomeration

Nowadays,the rapid and sustainable development of science and technology service industry is an important driving force to build an innovation-oriented country and promote China's economic transformation.Regional unbalanced development model is often as an important theory of economic development strategy which has high efficiency organization form,high knowledge spillover effect and low transaction cost.Industrial agglomeration is an important expression of regional unbalanced development.It has strategic significance to study the regional unbalanced development and influencing factors of China's science and technology service industry from the perspective of agglomeration.Firstly,to grasp the research ideas from a macro perspective,made a further study about science and technology service industry relevantly theory of industrial agglomeration and unbalanced development,and clarified the logical relationship between the two.Secondly,to intuitive grasp the state of the development of science and technology service industry,used the improved mutation progression method to describe its development level.Thirdly,used the industry concentration degree,spatial Gini coefficient and location entropy index to analyze the agglomeration level of science and technology service industry from three aspects: overall,sub-region and provincial.Finally,in order to clarify the formation mechanism of regional unbalanced development of science and technology service industry,the least squares method was used to analyze the influencing factors,and the policy suggestions were put forward to promote its development.The result showed that: firstly,overall,the current level of our country science and technology service industry regional imbalance development is low.According to the regional perspective,the eastern part of our country agglomeration level is relatively high,and other areas have no obvious agglomeration state.From the provinces perspective,the agglomeration level of Beijing and Shanghai are outstanding and others are relatively low.Secondly,the knowledge spillover and industrial spillover have a significant positive effect on the regional unbalanced development of the science and technology service industry,but the regional economic level and the manufacturing concentration have a negative effect.The impact of human capital and government behavior is not obvious.Finally put forward targeted policy recommendations: to increase investment in human resources and R&D costs of science and technology service industry,to speed up the linkage between the development of science and technology service industry and manufacturing industry,to strengthen the government planning and coordination role,to optimize the industrial structure and strengthen the construction of agglomeration area.
