Affected by domestic economic and social environment,many labor-intensive traditional industries into a difficult position in the process of operation,so that the interests of employees is not a small loss,in the rapid development of market economy in the enterprise management staff requirements gradually tightened,in this environment,there will be some problems waiting for workers the workers Management staff,gradually attracted people's attention.Workers in the waiting list,resulting in reduced income,and for their personal and family life will cause great psychological pressure,and even become a source of instability in the society.How to effectively carry out vocational management of employees,has become the new problems of the current society and enterprises concerned.Migrant workers is a new group in the background of C hina's reform and opening up and the urban and rural system in the construction of their social development and the city have made very large contribution,is a unique product C hinese in social transformation,the academic circle has conducted in-depth research on them,but in the basic necessities of life,worry and meet,thoughts and feelings,and the pursuit of hope life is very important for the migrant workers individual does not get enough attention,this,we can obtain complete picture of life of migrant workers.This study will be combined with the life satisfaction,life stress,coping style and cultural differences between employees and migrant workers to carry out their study.The following conclusions are drawn:1.There are significant differences in the life satisfaction of unemployed workers in different sex,marital status,post,age and educational background.The life satisfaction of migrant workers is not significant in different age factors,and there are significant differences in other aspects.2.There are significant differences in the life stress of the unemployed workers in different marital status,post,age and educational background.There is no significant difference in gender differences.The living pressure of migrant work ers is different in different ages,posts and educational backgrounds,and there is no significant difference in sex and marriage.3.There are significant differences in the coping style of the employees in different marriages,positions,ages and educatio nal backgrounds,and the gender differences do not reach a significant level;the coping styles of migrant workers have significant differences in different ages,posts and educational backgrounds,and there is no significant difference in sex and marriage.4.The positive coping style and negative coping style of the unemployed workers were significantly related to the life stress,and the correlation with life satisfaction was not significant,and there was a significant negative correlation between life s tress and life satisfaction.5.The coping styles of migrant workers were significantly related to life stress and life satisfaction,but the correlation between life stress and life satisfaction did not reach a significant level.6.There are significant differences in life satisfaction and life pressure between workers and migrant workers,and there are significant differences in positive coping styles,but there is no significant difference in negative coping styles.On the basis of this,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for psychological assistance and vocational training are put forward.
