Research On The Market Adaptability Of Suburban Collective Economic Organizations

The rural collective economy has played an important role in the economic and social development of rural China.At present,the rural collective economy is still alive and active in our country.And collective economic organization is the important carrier that realizes collective economy.But how to adapt to the market is an inevitable and important issue for collective economic organizations.This study is based on the empirical study of Huangxiang Street in the suburb of Wuxi.Through the comparison and analysis of the development of the collective economic organization in Huangxiang Street in Wuxi,in particular,by comparing the economic cooperatives of pear village with the development of Minfeng and Wuhe economic cooperatives,it has become an inevitable trend to find the development of collective economic organizations to adapt to the marketization.The main performance is as follows.The economic income of the economic cooperatives of Minfeng and Wuhe shares continued to fall.Firstly,due to the increasingly rigid management team,the leadership team is single and the administrative model solidifies,which restricts the development of cooperatives.Secondly,land planning is not clear,resulting in waste of land resources.Thirdly,the operation and investment is not good,the two cooperatives can't identify the investment projects,reward large-scale enterprise demolition,resulting in the decrease of investment return,the member's income is decreasing day by day.Fourthly,shareholders' understanding of the development of cooperatives is biased and excessive pursuit of individual dividend.This series of problems is an obstacle to the economic development of the two cooperatives.However,the company which named Lizhuang has made clear provisions on the assets,management,investment and finance of the joint-stock economic cooperative,and formulated reasonable norms.All the members have steadily promoted the development of cooperatives under the unified leadership,and have made a good demonstration for the collective economic organization to adapt to the market.Through this study,we try to make the following Suggestions about how the collective economic organizations can adapt to the market.Firstly,reform the property rights system of collective economic organizations,and clarify the ownership of property rights.Secondly,formulate a reasonable income distribution system to protect the rights and interests of the members.Thirdly,we should do a good job in the management of collective economic organizations,establish efficient management teams and make clear the members.Fourthly,paying attention to coordinating the relationship between the committee and the collective economic organization.Lastly,we should improve the reform of the shareholding cooperative system and promote the development of collective economic organizations in a manner with Chinese characteristics.
