Research On The Financial Model Of Internet Supply Chain In My Country's Catering Industry

Global economic recovery is slow,especially our economy is at an important stage,slowdown,restructuring and upgrading.Many small and medium-sized enterprise's survival environment worsening,and the financial service requirements are particularly urgent.The most important thing is that,in our country,such as the Internet information technology development in the practice,makes the supply chain finance once again usher rapid development.This paper,depending on the food and beverage industry with strong financing demand and lack of mortgage assets,mainly studies the supply chain finance in the new period of supply chain finance,which is based on the combination of theory and case analysis.First of all,combing the traditional supply chain finance related theory,and through the analysis of its limitations,the study of Internet supply chain finance mode is presented..Secondly,through the general analysis of the case of financial supply chain in other industries,clearly points out that this mode is different from the traditional mode in two aspects: network structure and factor flow,and sums up the core elements of Internet supply chain financial mode.Then,combined a comprehensive analysis of the only Internet supply chain finance mode—Kuai Laicai—in China's catering industry with the development of the cosumption side and supply side of China's catering industry,evaluate the existing mode of Kuai Laicai.That is the conclusion of this article: China's catering industry is in the primary stage of the three core elements of the Internet supply chain financial model,the supply chain information,the pluralism of the participants,and the data pledge,and gives the suggestions for its future improvement.
