Research On The Construction Of Supply Chain Financial Model In Catering Industry

The global economic recovery is slow,especially when China’s economy is in an important period of slow growth and structural transformation and upgrading.With the deterioration of the living environment of many small and medium-sized enterprises in all walks of life,the demand for financial services is particularly urgent.Most importantly,due to the continuous expansion of information technology such as the Internet in practice,supply chain finance once again ushered in a period of rapid development.This paper uses case study method,combined with resource arrangement theory and practical operation,through the case study of the development of supply chain finance by the catering information system SaaS service provider 2D company,to analyze the selection and construction process of its development of supply chain finance business model.Based on the theory of resource arrangement,this paper sorts out the process of developing supply chain finance business for 2D company.Through actual participation in business discussions,product development and other methods,the real data in practical application are obtained and analyzed.Combining with the development history of 2D company,this paper divides the development process of2 D company into two stages: the transformation of system service provider to supply chain service and the innovation of supply chain financial service.Combining with the three sub-processes of resource arrangement theory: resource combination,resource integration and resource transformation,this paper analyses and summarizes the process of resource arrangement,capability construction and supply chain financial model construction in different stages of 2D company.In order to highlight the advantages and characteristics of the catering information system SaaS service providers in the development of the supply chain financial business,this paper chooses the traditional catering information technology company easy to clean and catering financial service platform chopsticks to make money,and makes acomparative study with the development model of the 2D company,which better explains the selection and construction process of the supply chain financial model of the 2D company.Based on the cloud-based deployment of catering management system and procurement platform(B2B)provided by 2D company,the supply chain financial services for catering industry segments are joined,and the supply chain financial services are commercialized,online and visualized to build a cloud-based catering industry information service system + B2 B procurement platform + supply chain financial product services.By integrating the related resources in the link,we can construct the integrative intelligent Supply Chain of catering industry.In the new service system,enterprises enjoy the benefits of convenient financing channels,reducing financing costs and speeding up the cash flow cycle of enterprises.To promote the healthy and rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in catering industry to provide effective theoretical support and product support.
